Children Bus Tickets Discounts

All children ages four and under get a free ticket.

But they must be accompanied by an adult paying passenger.

Children ages five until 11 years old pay half of the adult fare, saving if they are eight until 11 years old and travel alone.

All children between eight and eleven years old, who travel alone, must follow the Unaccompanied Children Policy, and they pay an adult fare.

The fare options above does not include Portland to New York or New York to Portland.

Group Discounts 

Group discounts are valid only for Boston and Logan Service. 

For every 17 people that travel, the group will receive one ticket for free.

Luggage Rules

The baggage policy changes according to the ticket price. 

Passengers who paid a full fare ticket can bring two bags and one carry-on.

Travelers who paid a half-fare ticket can carry only one bag and one carry-on.

For any extra baggage, there will be a fee of five dollars per bag.

Pets on the bus

Concord Lines doesn't allow pets or any animals inside the bus. 

Except trained guide dog guiding a visually impaired person.

Boarding on the Bus

All boarding procedure takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes before departure. 

Please be aware and arrive at the terminal gate at least an hour before departure so that you can take care of ticketing confirmation and luggage dispatch.
